AMD India has appointed Accel Frontline Services as its Service Provider (SP) for RMA operations for both channel and corporate customers. “The alliance with Accel will extend the reach of our support services to customers across the country. In the eventuality of a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, the SP will provide doorstep pick-up from the customer location and replacements will also be door-delivered,” said Sandip Naik, Head, Channel Business and Distribution, AMD India. Accel is promising 7-day replacement as per the terms of warranty. The support will be backed by SMS/e-mail updates on the status of the RMA complaint. |
