 Epson AIO inkjet printers

Epson recently announced the launch of an entry-level all-in-one (AIO) printer—Stylus TX121—and a mainstream AIO printer—Stylus TX220.

Designed for home users, both printers offers scan plus copy functions, a maximum print resolution of 5760x1440dpi, and eject ink droplets in three sizes.

While TX121 prints at 28ppm black and 15ppm color, TX220 is slightly faster at 34ppm black and 15ppm color. TX121 offers 600dpi scan optical resolution, TX220 offers 1200dpi. Both printers are compatible with Windows and Mac OSes.

TX220 has additional built-in card slots for direct printing from memory cards, and has an LCD for visual reference.

TX121 offers user a choice of more affordable Epson 91N economy ink cartridges, in addition to the standard Epson 73N ink cartridges.

Available with authorized distributors, TX121 is priced at Rs. 3,999 and TX220 at Rs. 5,999.
