Gigabyte-Neoteric tie up for motherboards

Gigabyte has appointed Neoteric Infomatique as national distributor for its range of motherboards. The distributor will drive this business for the vendor independently, using its network of partners across the country in coordination with the product team. “Taking into account the ever increasing demand for PCs in India, there is a dearth of feature-rich motherboards available for the SI community. Gigabyte will enhance our offering for partners,” explained Paras Shah, CEO, Neoteric.
Prabodh Vyas, MD, Gigabyte Technology added, “Neoteric’s network of branches is spread across India, and its excellent understanding of the component and peripherals market will definitely enhance our market reach and penetration.” With this tie-up, Gigabyte said it is confident of tapping upcoming markets across the country.
Neoteric and Gigabyte plan to carry out various marketing activities including promotional schemes, road shows in upcoming markets and in-shop branding to create awareness about the brand in the channels and among end-users.
