Belkin India has launched its India website and also launched a dedicated voice mail support for channels.
The website contains diverse information like warranty support and product availability customized to the Indian market across all product range.
Belkin has also announced a voice e-mail service exclusively for channels. When a reseller calls this number, the IVR will prompt for his details like name, phone number, email address etc. Once the partner furnishes all details a call back would be arranged within 24 working hours.
This is an extended effort from Belkin to enhance support for channels in addition to its 24x7 toll-free customer tele-support.
