Belkin Launches Dedicated Voice Mail Service For Channels


 CRN Network, September 1, 2009, 1400 hrs

Belkin India has launched its India website and also launched a dedicated voice mail support for channels.

 

The website contains diverse information like warranty support and product availability customized to the Indian market across all product range.

 

Belkin has also announced a voice e-mail service exclusively for channels. When a reseller calls this number, the IVR will prompt for his details like name, phone number, email address etc. Once the partner furnishes all details a call back would be arranged within 24 working hours.

 

This is an extended effort from Belkin to enhance support for channels in addition to its 24x7 toll-free customer tele-support.

 

“With the voice email service, our aim is to further speed up the channel support. Such a customized support will help our channels serve customers better and do more business,” said Mohit Anand, Country Manager, Belkin India.
