Panache Appoints Sutane to Drive Thin Clients


 CRN Network, August 21, 2009, 1200 hrs

Panache has appointed Akash Sutane to head its Small Form Factor (SFF) and Ultra Small Form Factor (USFF) products. As VP, Thin Clients division, he will be responsible for the marketing, branding and sales of the Panache range of thin client products.

 

Sutane has 11 years of IT industry experience. Prior to joining Panache, he was with Ags Infotech. He has also worked with Sundyne Technologies and Ambika.com.

 

"My top priority would be to increase penetration of our products and increase our market share. At present, of the total thin client market, Panache has 14 percent market share. My target is to increase our market share to 40 percent in the next one year. My focus would be also to increase the adoption of thin clients in enterprise segment as well as in retail segment as well." said Sutane.

 

Speaking on his appointment, Director Amit Rambhia said "our focus for the current fiscal is on exponentially growing our thin clients business and Sutane appointment is an indication of our commitment."
