3Com has appointed Inspira Enterprise India as its exclusive distributor. Inspira will have complete responsibility for all the vendor’s sales, marketing, distribution and servicing activities.
Said Peter Chai, Vice President, 3Com Asia Pacific, “Under the terms of the arrangement, Inspira will dedicate a team of people to focus exclusively on 3Com. They also will set up a customer management center to serve as a single point of contact for all customers, providing multi-lingual 24/7 support and other services including a demo center in New Delhi.”
Prakash Jain, Chairman of Inspira, explained, “We will tap into 3Com’s network of systems integrator partners to provide end-to-end solutions to customers. For enterprises, our emphasis will be on end-to-end solutions and services, starting with core networking, security, IP video surveillance and converged solutions, and following through to the base infrastructure in a consolidated package.” |
