Socomec appoints Redington as ND


Socomec UPS India has signed on Redington as its national distributor. The vendor also launched a series of UPS systems ranging from 1 to 800 KVA. The company aims to generate a turnover of Rs 200 crore by 2011.


Managing Director Norbert Jacobsen, said, “We are a technology-driven company, and our focus is to provide high-efficiency and green products for the industrial and services sectors.” Socomec India has 14 offices and customer service centers. The company claims to have a market share of 11 percent and plans to be one of the top three UPS vendors in India in the next few years.
