Avaya Appoints Bharti Teletech As National Distributor

Avaya India has appointed Bharti Teletech as a national distributor for its unified communications, and contact center solutions and services in India.

 

Bharti Teletech is known to have a strong network of EPABX and voice partners, and system integrators. Avaya hopes to leverage that to expand its reach.

 

Jangoo Dalal, Managing Director, Avaya India said, “Bharti Teletech will help Avaya to more effectively cover the vast India market and serve customers better. As a result, small to large companies will be able to more effectively deploy business communications solutions from Avaya and enjoy timely support and services.”

 

Sunil K Goyal, CEO, Bharti Teletech, said, “The agreement with Avaya will enable Bharti Teletech to capitalize tremendously on the increasing demand for IP EPABX, VoIP products, and solutions for the Indian corporate and institutional segment. Bharti Teletech has a strong base of EPABX channel partners across India, ideally poised to service the SMB Segment.”
