Acer India has started providing customer support seven days a week in an attempt to distinguish its services from the competition.
The service is currently available in select cities namely Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mangalore and Mysore.
Additionally, the company has strengthened the logistics for faster supply of replacement parts to service centers around the country.
Sudipto Ghosh, Chief Customer Support Officer, Acer India, said, “The improvement in our support is in keeping with our branding that says that Acer makes life easy for customers.”
The PC vendor has also launched the SMS update service that provides status of the products under service. |
