D-Link appoints Digicare ASPs


D-Link has appointed service partners in Surat, Baroda, Nagpur, Raipur and Jammu to provide service and support for D-Link and Digi-Link range of products.
Balgond Chougula, AVP, D-Link said, “We already have 25 service centers across India and aim to have 20 more through our Digicare ASP model in this year. We will extend support to ASPs to enable them to provide high level of service for their customers.”
Digicare, the service division of D-Link consists of RMA centers/service centers, technical assistance center—customer support center and direct service department.
Amongst the appointed partners are S Kumar Computers for Surat and Baroda, Unilogic Systems for Nagpur, Viraj Infocomm for Jammu and Micro Maintenance Services for Raipur.
