Kingston Adds HyperX Red, New Look For LoVo

 CRN Network, January 12, 2012, 1400 hrs

Kingston has launched HyperX Red limited edition memory module and revamped the packaging for its HyperX LoVo low-voltage modules.

HyperX Red is Intel XMP ready and is available in 8 GB kits and 4 GB single modules at 1600 MHz and 1333 MHz, in both 1.65v and 1.5v.

The new HyperX LoVo has a heat spreader similar to the HyperX Genesis. Running at 1600MHz at 1.35v or 1333MHz at 1.25v, HyperX LoVo works with Intel’s mini-ITX Apple Glen motherboards, AMD’s Llano platform and always-on home theater PCs or home media servers. It is available in 8GB and 4GB kits of two.

“The new HyperX Red and the updated look of LoVo are great additions to our HyperX family. We have memory solutions to meet the specific needs of everyone from the entry-level gamer to the seasoned professional,” said Ann Bai, Sales Director, DRAM Memory, APAC Region, Kingston.

Kingston HyperX memory is backed by a lifetime warranty and free technical support.
