Belkin Rolls Out New Laptop Cooling Solutions

 CRN Network, May 28 2009, 1400 hrs

Belkin has rolled out its Laptop Cooling Hub and Cooling Pad in India.

The vendor’s laptop cooling pad is designed in such a way that it can not only be used on a table or a desk, but also while sitting, as it comes with a cooling fan that keeps the heat off one’s legs. The pads are ergonomically designed to provide ease of typing and reduce wrist strain. It also comes with grips pads to prevent the laptop from slipping.

The laptop cooling hub comes with a flip-out stand in the back that keeps it elevated. It also has slip-resistant rubber pads that cover the contact points to keep the laptop elevated at a good viewing angle. The ergonomically designed raised platforms are equipped with an embedded fan that helps cool down a hot laptop and features four USB ports that can be used to connect USB enabled devices. The cooling hub can accommodate upto a 17” laptop and runs on external AC adapter or laptop battery power via attached USB cable.

Backed with a life time warranty, the Laptop Cooling Pad and Cooling Hub are priced at Rs 1,311 and Rs 2,428 and are available with the vendor’s distributors.
