Industry Veteran Starts Distribution Company

 CRN Network, January 11, 2012 1500 hrs

Sukhesh Madaan—an IT industry veteran has started a smartphone accessories and IT peripherals distribution company called Envent.

Envent’s target audience is people between 5 and 50 years, who have access to PCs or smartphones. The company would focus on ergonomically designed keyboards, colorful range of notebook mouse, wooden speakers, and Apple and Samsung smartphone accessories.

“There is a gap between customer expectations and the reality, especially in terms of product pricing, quality and feature of products. We would bridge that gap. We currently have ten employees across India, China and Sri Lanka, and plan to add 25 more by the end of January 2012,” said Sukesh Madaan, Founder and CEO, Envent.

The products would be sold through resellers, LFRs and online.

Madaan is a veteran of 17 years in the industry and has worked with Intel, Microsoft, Sony Ericsson and Hip Street.
