Rashi To Provide Post-sales Support For Plantronics

 CRN Network, January 30, 2012, 1200 hrs

Plantronics, provider of audio communications for businesses and consumers, has named Rashi Peripherals as the national service provider for its Bluetooth-enabled products in India. With this tie-up, end-customers and partners will now have access to 64 well-equipped service centers in India for Plantronics product replacement.

Under this service tie-up, a customer can get the faulty product replaced by calling a toll free number and get a unique order reference number. This unique order number enables the customer to then go directly to the service center and quickly obtain a new unit after a basic testing procedure confirms if replacement is required.

Speaking about the partnership, Bobby Joseph, Country Manager, Plantronics, India, said, “We understand that customer satisfaction is essential for our success. This new service arrangement with Rashi Peripherals will reinforce Plantronics’ commitment to provide best-in-class service and technical assistance to our customers.”
