I am having consistent problem with my newly purchased Nokia E71. Nokia customer care has been unable to resolve the problem. After initial assuarance of resolving the problem now authorities of Nokia care have refused to answer any calls/mails. I have also been asked to use the handset as it is. It is really disheartning to get such kind of response from the Indian equity brand of the year for there premium product.

I hope CEO, NOkia does something to improve customer care in India. Nokia-INDIA high officials including VP and MD (Sh. D Shivkumar) donot have time to listen to customer grievances.MNCs make lot of noise when there is some delay in the Govt. Offices but remain unaccountable for undue delay on their part. I wish we could have RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT or similar type of mechanism to fix the accountability of these highly paid executives who have closed themselves in the glass houses.
