We are currently seeing less walk-in customers. Suggest ways to increase their numbers and improve our sales figures.

Vivek Bindal
Vinay Traders

Gururaj: In retail the key is to have walk-in clients. Walk-ins are of two types: people who are very sure what they want to buy—based on brand or pricing—and people who are checking things out.
It’s good to have crowds in retail as this might attract other walk-ins.
Some of the ways to improve walk-ins would be to run melas and programs for children, put up some game stations, keep lots of stuff which would attract children with their parents, and run incentive or loan programs.
