Oracle NetSuite has announced enhancements to its SuiteCloud Developer Network partner program, aimed at helping partners build AI-powered business applications and accelerate revenue opportunities. The updates introduce the SuiteApp.AI Marketplace, expanded categories emphasizing AI security and performance, and new AI development resources, enabling partners to create, verify, and deliver differentiated AI solutions more efficiently to NetSuite’s global customer base.

“NetSuite partners will play an essential role in helping our customers adopt trusted AI solutions that drive immediate business value,” said Scott Derksen, Vice President, Partnerships and Business Development, Oracle NetSuite. “The latest updates will help our partners expand opportunities for growth by providing the tools and resources to bring secure, high-performing AI solutions to market faster. Through the SuiteApp.AI Marketplace, partners can accelerate adoption of their latest AI innovations across NetSuite’s 43,000+ customers.”

The SuiteCloud Developer Network, a comprehensive program for independent software vendors building on the SuiteCloud platform, now provides a dedicated channel for showcasing AI-powered SuiteApps. New AI-specific badges allow partners to demonstrate that their solutions meet NetSuite’s standards for privacy, security, performance, and design excellence. The AI Elite badge recognizes applications delivering AI functionality through LLMs hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), while the standard AI badge applies to apps leveraging SuiteCloud APIs or third-party LLMs. Additional development resources give partners tools and support to integrate and manage third-party LLMs within OCI, ensuring seamless data governance.

Several partners have already showcased innovative AI solutions. Avalara’s AI solution, Avi, built on OCI, automates tax and compliance tasks while earning the AI Elite badge. Contivio CloudConnect combines AI-powered voice, chat, and SMS to enhance customer interactions. Legion’s embedded AI agents streamline cross-system finance workflows, while Gatekeeper’s AI Extract™ automatically digitizes contract data. Cauzzy’s AI agents and chatbots automate specialized workflows, including expense anomaly detection and sales order analysis.

“Avalara is proud to support NetSuite’s AI initiatives, including the SuiteApp.AI Marketplace and AI Elite badge program,” said Jayme Fishman, Chief Strategy and Product Officer, Avalara. “We see tremendous potential in integrating AI innovations with NetSuite’s ecosystem to deliver greater value for our shared customers, enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across tax and compliance.”
