Briefly tell us about your journey as an IT solution provider?

Our journey started in 1999 and today we are in our 18th year as an IT solution provider. We have grown from a two-man team to over 100+ employees across three locations of Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore. Our customer base today is over 3000 across all locations and today we have strong presence in the IT support and services space too.

What all best practices should be followed by a solution provider to become one of the leaders in the industry?

p Better customer engagement: we ensure this by offering better product mix and related IT Services. We hire technical specialists to understand and address customer’s technology challenges pertaining to IT infrastructure, mailing and collaboration, network security and data availability, and DLP.

p Use of technology and constantly upgrading internal systems and processes: we have internally implemented technology to ensure better response and high-level customer satisfaction. We have successfully implemented cutting edge CRM and ERP solutions internally.

p Employee engagement: we take utmost care of our employee to ensure their individual growth and aspirations. We believe that only satisfied employee can ensure satisfied customer resulting in to better retention of customers.

Over the last 18 years, we have adapted to the changing environment of IT market in India. We have transformed ourselves from license provider to an IT solution company. Our success mantra has been to provide a complete IT solution to the customer and we have been successful in retaining our customer because of support and services.

Talking about your company, how has been its growth in the recent years?

The key focus areas that have helped us in paving growth and scale of operations in our objectives have been financial goals, customer relations, operational methods and organization members. Our mainstay over the past 9 years has been IT services and solutions, wherein we have one of the best outfits of certified engineers available to size and execute client projects on Microsoft technologies, virtualization, cloud deployments, backup and storage implementations, information security solutions, collaborated solutions, business continuity process, and disaster recovery initiatives.

Our portfolio of customized managed IT services has several iterations for clients to pick and choose from. We offer services that are onsite, on demand, client site and offsite depending on the need and structure of that organization. We are currently managing close to 90 FMS sites and 14 Managed IT Service contracts across Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore office locations of LDS Infotech. Additionally, we offer remote and virtual help desk services to our global clients, specifically for their India operations which have been a game changer for us in many ways.

Our major clientele include Aditya Birla, Mumbai University, Omkar Developers, Supreme Group, Reserve Bank of India, and Runwal Group among others.

Which has been your major projects in the last couple of years?

For Positive Packaging Industries, a leader in flexible packaging, we have implemented a world class Symantec Endpoint Protection for their environment having more than 600 users.

For Supreme Petrochem, one of the leaders in polystyrene business in India, we have migrated and upgraded their Domain Controllers and Additional Domain Controllers from Windows server 2003 to Windows server 2012 R2. We virtualized Domain Controllers with help of Hyper-V Feature to give optimal utilization of hardware resources. We also implemented Terminal Services as a solution for their remote desktop environment.
