The evening opened with a welcome note by K Gunasegharan, Director, eCAPS Computers, where he acknowledged the presence and work of all the team members from both, Kaspersky Lab and eCAPS Computers that has given the companies an impressive performance over the past few quarters.
This was followed by an incisive session on product overview and channel strategies, helmed by Ebenezer Stephen, Territory Manager – South India and Sri Lanka, Kaspersky Lab. New B2B products and services from Kaspersky Lab were discussed in detail, with its enterprise offerings getting a bulk of the interaction time. The growth and market strategies and plans for the coming quarter were discussed too, as Kaspersky Lab looks to foray deeper in India’s smaller towns and cities.
Anand Shringi, Channel Head – South Asia, Kaspersky Lab, said, “Kaspersky Lab believes that regular dialogue with all partners is the cornerstone of a transparent, successful organisation. We’ve built our network in India piece by piece through partner meets, with great support from all team members. The focus of this partner meet with our B2B distributor was to discuss our new products, share updates on our current portfolio and discuss channel strategies. We have bullish growth plans and hence it is essential that we be on the same page for its execution. We had a great evening brainstorming with our teams from Kaspersky and eCAPS. We are confident of moving ahead at the same pace, in the same direction, ensuring our growth as well as optimal customer satisfaction.”
Gunasegharan added, “eCAPS Computers and Kaspersky Lab have had a long and fruitful association. We believe in the same principles of honesty, transparency and service delivery. It’s always enriching when over 50 of us sit down to discuss how to move forward. A lot of our team members were brought up to speed on new products, features and updates on current products. We are all equally well informed, and it will translate to better numbers and a greater brand experience with Kaspersky Lab’s cyber security products.”
