MoEngage, an intelligent marketing automation cloud, has announced its partnership with SendGrid in a move to expand its partner ecosystem. MoEngage has been working with partners like Branch and Segment to create engagement and growth platform for marketers.
MoEngage helps brands enhance their engagement efforts through AI and machine learning infused offerings; whereas, Sendgrid is an email delivery platform. Email channel has been a key part of the marketing cloud offering at MoEngage and the company has worked closely with Sendgrid. Over the last one year, MoEngage and Sendgrid have built a seamless integration.

With this integration, MoEngage customers are now sending more than 150 million emails every month and witnessing open rate and CTRs of over nine per cent. MoEngage customers such as Tokopedia have achieved two-fold improvement in conversion rates with the Dynamic Product Messaging (DPM) powered emails delivered through Sendgrid.
With this partnership, Sendgrid customers will also be able to leverage MoEngage for their marketing engagement requirements and connect their existing Sendgrid account with MoEngage.
