Plantronics has announced the appointment of Ankur Goel as Managing Director for India & SAARC. Under this role, Goel will oversee both Plantronics and Polycom business in India and manage the company’s joint business spanning voice, video, content and cloud solutions. He reports to Pierre-Jean Châlon, Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific.
With over 20 years of experience in enterprise communication, Goel has held several key leadership roles throughout his career. Prior to this role, Goel served as Sales Director of India for Polycom and has been credited for leading the company’s success and growth in the commercial and government business sectors.
