Since its establishment in 2016, the collaborative effort between Pegasystems and TalentSprint through the Pega University Program has empowered over 9,000 students to embark on high-impact careers in the tech industry. This comprehensive program equips students with 300+ hours of hands-on experiential learning by qualified and certified instructors, resulting in a 95% certification rate with a high-touch placement assistance yielding an 80% placement rate consistently. Initially launched with two partner colleges, the program has now expanded to impact around 2000 students per year across 20 partner colleges throughout India.
